All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Returns are allowed within 30 days of delivery and must be authorized and subject to a 20% restocking fee, unless the product is defective. The customer is responsible for the returned goods, unless the product is damaged. Items with unusual use or obvious signs of abuse will not be returned.
1. High Tech Solutions does not accept returns of print heads, barcode materials, software or service contracts.
2. Defective shipments must be reported within 15 days of the High Tech Solutions invoice date.
3. The product is returned to the customer under the following conditions:
If a product is returned missing any components sent with the original order.
If the condition of the returned product is in any way misrepresented.
If the received product is damaged in any way.
If there is not a valid and visible RMA number.
If a product returned on a DOA is tested as full functioning product.
If product is received over 30 days after the date the RMA number is issued.
4. The Customer is responsible for cost incurred by High Tech Solutions due to misrepresentation of the condition of product.
5. The Customer is responsible for freight when returning products.
6. Product that is discontinued/obsolete from the supplier does not qualify for return.

1. There are no open box returns for non-DOA products. The product box must be clean, undamaged and free of marks. This includes writing, stamps or shipping labels. or Written RMA numbers. All products must be in two boxes.
2. The original manufacturer's packaging, inside and out, must be unused. The return must include all manuals, cords, warranty cards, static bags, etc. in the same condition that the customer received them.
3. Customers have 30 days from the invoice date to request a non-DOA return. An issued RMA number is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
4. A deposit will be charged for returns due to the customer's error.
5. Non-DOA configured product cannot be returned.
6. Your credit customer account will be credited when High Tech Solutions receives the product.
7. For customers C.O.D. or credit card status, a replacement product will be shipped once High Tech Solutions has received the product. If you wish, we will send a replacement product using your standard C.O.D./credit card option and once High Tech Solutions receives the returned product, you can request a charge/refund to your card from the credit department.
8. The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning the product.

1. Check the manufacturer's warranty and return policy.
2. If the product has been tested and the problem has not recurred, no problem is found and payment can be charged.
3. Products with signs of use cannot be returned to High Tech Solutions as DOA.
4. Your credit customer account will be credited when High Tech Solutions receives the product. The replacement product will be shipped in advance, free of charge via UPS Ground. 5. For customers C.O.D. or credit card status, a replacement product will be shipped once High Tech Solutions has received the product. If you prefer, we will ship the replacement product via your standard C.O.D./credit card option and you can request a refund/credit to your card from the credit department when High Tech Solutions receives the returned product.
